Nanabozho

This is great. Cheryl fully restores my pokemon after every battle. Half the time the wild pokemon attack her nigh invincible Chansey, and my team gets even more experience to make them stronger because we're ambushed by pairs of wild pokemon. Our foes are mostly bugs. I have not yet encountered any trainers, but I am sure we will. That's the way of things. And then I find a new pokemon. The pokedex identifies it as Buneary. I already have a team of six, but catching this rabbit pokemon seems like a good idea, so when Sekhmet weakens him and I am sure a poke ball will catch him, I throw the poke ball and become the proud owner of a Buneary. I hesitate on the name, then decide on Nanabozho. A bit obscure, but perfect for a rabbit.

The poke ball vanishes and I get a message from my pokedex that Nanabozho was sent to a PC. What? Well, the pokedex seems to indicate that this is normal, and I did know that I could not carry more than six pokemon with me at a time. It appears that this rule is being enforced by powers beyond my ken. But I do get to keep Buneary, right? I suspect that the computer in each Poke Center can be used to modify my team. So six pokemon can come with me and the rest must wait in storage somewhere. But where is somewhere? For now, all I can do is beat up on some more forest pokemon. And that isn't so bad.
